Individual Services: One-On-One Coaching

This program is for the business owner or leader who is serious about making changes in his or her organization and by extension in themselves. We will meet on a regular basis (either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) for an hour to an hour and a half, and by phone as necessary. We will work through in-depth assessment tools to assess the current state of the business, determine what needs to change and by how much, establish metrics, build a plan to get there and work together. Your coach holds you, the business owner, accountable to make the changes already agreed upon. The recommended minimum duration for this level of coaching is one year. Unfortunately, there is no magic wand. Meaningful change and improvement takes hard work, time and effort.

Group Coaching:

Brainstorming, Accountability, Networking Group (BANG!)

BANG! is a group coaching approach that uses a Mastermind technique to help you and your fellow business owners drive to excellent results. You will meet with a group of a minimum ten other business owners (not in your industry) for two hours every two weeks over a 10 week period. As a group, facilitated and led by a licensed business coach, you will both receive and give powerful advice, expertise, and support, that will generate incredible momentum for you and your business. All this for a fraction of the cost of one-on-one coaching! This venue has an added benefit for its members since they get to forge extremely tight alliances with each other further enhancing their business relationships.

For this reason groups like this called Master Mind Groups have been, and continue to be, formed around the world.

Business Effectiveness Series Workshop

This program is designed for business owners who would like to LEARN! It is a 10 week long training program that meets for 2 hours once per week. Because it is done in more of a "workshop" format than a seminar, you will go through exercises and begin to design systems for marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources and financial management. It is a great value, and is also a great starting point if you have never worked with a coach before!

Business Effectiveness Evaluation

This comprehensive evaluation questionnaire, which you complete, provides us with a "snapshot" of where your business is today. After you have completed this, we will schedule an appointment to review this with you and develop an Action Plan. A 90 minute consultation is included.

Extended Disc® Behavioral Profile Analysis

This is a powerful tool, which provides powerful insight into you or your team’s natural behavioral and management style. This is a simple 24 question assessment which is completed online. The outcome is a very thorough report which we will review in detail with you if you’d like.
